Course Registration Form

To register for a course, please download a Registration Form (in pdf format), complete the form and either mail it to us or fax it to us using the contact information that is on the form.

Payment for courses can be made by:

• cash, money order, debit or credit card in person at our office during business hours (Mon - Fri)



• a credit card number (remember expiry date) over the phone, by fax on the registration form, or mail with the registration form

• a money order mailed with the registration form

      Note: Personal cheques are not accepted. Thank you.
